Ingredients:

- 500gr chicken fillet, diced

- 4 garlic, chopped

- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolved in water)

- A little chicken skin
- A little cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Soup ingredients:

- Enough broth
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Green onions, sliced
